Our Social Worker is available to support and counsel residents and families during their time in our Houses. We can discuss matters affecting residents and their families, and can also link you with additional community resources.
Our Music Therapist adapts to the unique needs of residents and their families. Music Therapy fosters well-being and evokes a sense of nostalgia while creating a calm and therapeutic atmosphere.
Spiritual Care is provided both in the community and in our Houses. Spiritual Care creates a safe space for difficult conversations and helps define a sense of purpose, allowing individuals to find meaning in their unique spiritual path.
Coffee Time is a drop-in group offering a space for friendly conversation and connection.
Our Bereavement Coordinator stays in touch with family members, and calls someone in each family after the death of a resident to check on their well-being, provide bereavement support, and additional resources if needed.
Making Moments Matter is our mission. Our Art from the Heart Legacy program is available to all residents and their families, and offers a unique opportunity to reflect on their lives while providing something tangible for their loved ones.
Family Time is a group for family or friends who lost a loved one in one of our Houses. Family Time gathers twice a month for coffee and conversation, and an opportunity for sharing, helping and learning after a loss.
