Work can also link you with community resources or discuss other practical matters affecting you or your family.
Our Music Therapist adapts to the unique needs of residents and their family. Music therapy fosters wellbeing while creating a calm and therapeutic atmosphere.
Spiritual Care is provided in the community and in the Hospice. Spiritual Care creates a “safe space” for difficult conversations and finding a sense of purpose allowing individuals to make meaning and find a sense of purpose as they find their unique spiritual path.
Coffee Time is a drop-in group offering a space for friendly conversation and connection.
Family members receive an personal call from our Bereavement Coordinator 3-4 months after the death of a resident to check in on the well-being of loved ones and provide bereavement resources if needed.
“Making Moments Matter” is a deeply valued statement within our organization. Our Art from the Heart Legacy program is available to all residents and their families. The program provides residents with a unique opportunity to reflect on their life while providing something tangible for their loved ones.
Family Time is a group for family or friends who have had a loved one die at the Hospice. Family Time gathers twice a month for “coffee and conversation”
Family Time offers the opportunity for sharing, helping and learning after a loss.
